Hi! I'm Kimberly. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years and took the leap into business ownership in 2013. With a background in business school—specializing in HR, marketing and sales—and hands-on experience navigating the real-world challenges of entrepreneurship, I built my salon into a successful, thriving business. But like many, my journey came with its share of ups and downs.
